We are in the year 2020 and a major pandemic is upon our world. While there have been other viruses that have taken lives, this on seems to be topping the charts. The experts say the number of lives lost due to coronavirus or COVID-19 could be as high as 100,000.
This is certainly a time of concern for everyone. It’s also a time when our thoughts can become negative and overwhelming.
Through my studies, I learned that our thoughts are the main engine to what we believe and act upon. This knowledge greatly improved my life over the years.
It has always been my desire to teach others how to manage their thoughts, thereby managing anxiety and a host of emotions that cause us mental unrest.
